What payment options do you offer?
At this stage, we offer Bank Transfer, Paypal, Visa and Mastercard payments. Keep an eye out for future buy now pay later options.
Can I use multiple discount codes?
Unfortunately, only one discount code can be used per order.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Orders are sent through Aramex and are 100% trackable. Delivery timeframes are available at https://misssombre.com/shipping/
Do you allow pickups?
Of course! We’re a home-based business in Petone, Wellington and will happily allow pickups with prior arrangement.
Do you ship internationally?
At this stage we don’t, sorry! But it’s definitely something we will look at offering in the future.
What is a pre-order?
All pre-order products are currently in transit from our suppliers and can take 2-3 weeks for these to ship.
Orders containing both in stock and pre-order products will not be shipped until all items have arrived.
Do you offer special orders for products?
Seen a product from one of our brands that you love but it’s not something we stock? Flick an email to [email protected] with the name and a picture of the product and we’ll see if it’s something we can order for you.
Can I make any changes to my order once it’s been placed?
We aim to dispatch orders as fast as possible and will do our best to cater to any changes, but sometimes it may be too late if the courier has already picked up your parcel. If you need to alter your order at all, please send us an email ASAP with details of your changes.
I received my order and it’s damaged. What can I do?
We’re so sorry if this has happened! Please send us an email to [email protected] with a picture and details of the damage and we’ll get back to you with a solution.
Do you have a physical store I can visit?
No, sorry! We’re an online-based business but we do attend markets and fairs around the Wellington region. Make sure you follow us on Facebook to find out where we’ll be next.
