We want you to be 100% happy with your order from Miss Sombre, so we aim to make returns as quick and painless as possible.

We offer a 7-day return period from the receipt of your order provided the following requirements are met:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition, with swing tags and packaging still intact.
  • Items must be in a resaleable condition.

Products can be returned for either an exchange or store credit and refunds will only be issued for defective or damaged items, or at the discretion of Miss Sombre.

Please note that items sold as seconds (knowingly faulty) or marked as clearance do not qualify for a return.

Please ensure that items sent back to Miss Sombre are packaged securely to ensure they arrive in an undamaged state, as we reserve the right to refuse any returned items that are in an unsaleable condition.

Miss Sombre will only cover return postage costs if there is an error with your order or you receive a defective product upon receipt of your parcel, otherwise, you are responsible for any associated costs.

All products are thoroughly checked before shipping but if you do receive a defective or damaged product, we are sorry! Please email us at [email protected] with a photo of the item and fault so we can provide a solution for you. This must be done within 14 days from receipt of your order.

When contacting us about a return, please include the following information to help us quickly process your order:

  • Name
  • Contact Phone Number
  • Reason for Return
  • Original Order Number
  • Preference for Return: Store Credit or Exchange
